The Fabulous - Balance

I worked with Studio Rival on an illustration for Google, showing their brand values being re-enacted by a cast of people.

The Fabulous created an app that helps people build healthy routines into their lives. They start with the basics, and gradually build up routines that include habits that help users reach their longer-term goals, such as eating healthier, stopping smoking, or decluttering their living spaces.

They brought me the script for this campaign, and asked if I could illustrate and animate it. They wanted to show users how they could use the app to remove unhealthy or unwanted habits, and replace them with habits that got them where they wanted to be.

I kept the style simple but bold, using strong, contrasting primaries to create a striking style that echoed their branding.

The campaign was so successful that I came on board as a permanent member of the team.
